These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the SnipFrame website and services (the "Service") operated by SnipFrame ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose a security risk.

Subscriptions and payments

Paid features may require a subscription or other fees. Prices and billing terms are presented at checkout or in your account settings. Fees are generally non-refundable except as required by law or expressly stated in our refund policy. We may change pricing with reasonable notice where permitted.

Your content

You retain ownership of content you submit to the Service ("User Content"). You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, store, reproduce, and display User Content solely to operate and improve the Service. You represent that you have all rights necessary to submit User Content and that it does not infringe third-party rights or violate applicable law.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purposes
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
  • Reverse engineer or scrape the Service except as permitted by law
  • Upload malware, spam, or content that is defamatory, obscene, or harassing
  • Use the Service to generate or distribute content that violates third-party rights

Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by SnipFrame or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the limited rights expressly granted in these Terms, no license is granted to you.

Third-party services

The Service may integrate with or link to third-party products or services. We are not responsible for third-party terms, privacy practices, or content. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk.

Disclaimer of warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SNIPFRAME AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (USD $100).

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SnipFrame from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.

Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which SnipFrame operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Changes

We may modify these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Material changes may be communicated by email or through the Service. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
